Patrick Brunk

Co-Founder

Patrick is a commercial real estate professional who spent years valuing multifamily properties, manufactured housing communities, and RV campgrounds at NPV Advisors and Partner Valuation Advisors. During that time, he saw firsthand how slow and manual the appraisal process had become, which led him to co-found Propraisal in 2024.

At Propraisal, Patrick built and maintains a proprietary database of over 400,000 U.S. multifamily transactions by integrating public records with paid real estate data sources. He led the development of AI-driven workflows that normalize transaction data and engineer valuation models, achieving sub-10% median error rates on closed transactions.

Patrick holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Springfield and completed a 2,189-mile thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail. His technical skills include Excel, VBA, Python, ARGUS Enterprise, SQL, and working with large language models for data reconciliation.

Vuk Suvajdzic

Co-Founder

Vuk brings a unique perspective to Propraisal, combining academic training in the humanities with a passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence. He earned his Bachelor's degree in History from the College of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Environmental Humanities at Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

As a small business owner, Vuk understands the practical challenges of building scalable systems and sustainable operations. At Propraisal, he focuses on leveraging AI and machine learning to solve real-world problems in commercial real estate valuation, bridging the gap between technical innovation and industry needs.

His interdisciplinary background allows him to approach complex problems from multiple angles, bringing both analytical rigor and creative thinking to the platform's development.
